Night Time Tea
Ingredients:
German chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita)
Rose (Rosa damascena)
Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera)
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
Instructions: Place 1-2 teaspoons in a cup, pour over boiling water and infuse for 5 mins, strain and enjoy!
To gain the most from your Night Time Tea place 1 tsp and 1 cup of water in a pan, place on a rolling boil for 5 minutes, strain and enjoy!
The Change Tea
Ingredients:
German chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita)
Lady's mantel (Alchemilla vulgaris)
Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca)
Sage leaf (Salvia officinalis)
Liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Instructions: Place 1-2 teaspoons in a cup, pour over boiling water and infuse for 5 mins, strain and enjoy! Drink up to 3 times a day to gain the most benefits.To gain the most from The Change Tea place 1 tsp and 1 cup of water in a pan, place on a rolling boil for 5 minutes, strain and enjoy!
Tummy Tea
Ingredients:
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)
Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
Ginger root (Zingiber officinale)
Liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Instructions: Place 1-2 teaspoons in a cup, pour over boiling water and infuse for 5 mins, strain and enjoy!To gain the most from your Tummy tea place 1 tsp and 1 cup of water in a pan, place on a rolling boil for 5 minutes, strain and enjoy!
